Walker Jones Health Center to Close on February 23, 2018
Unity Health Care’s Walker Jones Health Center is closing. The last day providers will see patients at this location will be February 23, 2018. To keep patients connected to their medical team, our dedicated staff of providers and health professionals will relocate to other Unity locations. To continue enjoying the quality and compassionate care Unity provides, the following providers will continue to see patients at a new medical home.
