Patients can receive factual, non-biased information and resources on all pregnancy options – prenatal care and delivery, abortion care, and adoption services; however, our health centers do not offer abortion services.
Confidential Services for Adolescents
According to DC law, people under age 18 can have appointments for the following services at Unity without parental consent or notification: pregnancy testing, prenatal care, birth control, STI/HIV testing and treatment, substance abuse screening and treatment, and mental health care.
At the same time, we encourage young people to involve their parents or a trusted adult in health care decisions whenever possible.
