Adult Medicine

Our adult patients can be seen by our Internal Medicine Providers and our Family Medicine team. Our services include preventative and wellness health services, acute sick care, and management of chronic health conditions.
Adult Medicine
Our Adult Medicine services include preventive and wellness health services for adults eighteen years of age and older, and acute sick care and management of chronic health conditions.
We offer routine primary and preventive care including:
- Annual physicals and checkups.
- Healthy lifestyle assessments, such as nutrition assessments
- Health screenings for conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and sexually transmitted disease. Cancer screenings are available based on your risk
- Immunizations, like your annual flu and covid shots and other routine vaccinations
- Referrals to specialists when needed
- Sick visits for when you don’t feel well
- Treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, asthma, and HIV
Family Medicine
Family medicine offers continuity of care throughout a patient’s life or for people of many ages within one family, from newborn to adult. Care includes preventive and wellness health services, reproductive health services, acute sick care and management of chronic health conditions.
We offer routine primary and preventive care including:
- Annual physicals and checkups
- Healthy lifestyle assessments, such as nutrition assessments
- Health screenings for conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and sexually transmitted disease. Cancer screenings are available based on your risk.
- Immunizations, like your annual flu and covid shots and other routine vaccinations as well as necessary children’s vaccinations
- Newborn check-ups
- Referrals to specialists when needed
- Sick visits for when you don’t feel well
- Treatment and management of acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, asthma, and HIV.
