Grand Opening of Innovative Food Pharmacy at Unity Health Care’s East of the River Health Center
Dr. Jessica Boyd, the President and CEO of Unity Health Care, kicked off the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for our New Innovative Food Pharmacy at Unity's East of the River Health Center! In partnership with the Capital Area Food Bank and funded by The J. Willard and Alice S. Marriott Foundation, this initiative is a major step toward addressing food insecurity among older adults facing significant health disparities in Wards 7 & 8.
