Unity’s Minnesota Avenue Health Center is moving to a new location!
To continue to serve our patients and the community, Unity’s Minnesota Avenue Health Center will move a few doors down from its current location to 3946 Minnesota Ave, NE, Washington, DC. With the support of our patients, the new health center will open for services on December 24, 2020.
Unity Health Care is committed to creating healthier communities and we are committed to maintaining our presence in the community. The location at 3946 Minnesota Ave, NE will offer uninterrupted care for patients and will be expanded in 2021.
During this transition, specialty services will continue at the Unity Health Center East of the River Health Center, near the current Minnesota Avenue location beginning December 21, 2020:
- Pediatrics
- Podiatry
- OB/GYN
- Gastroenterology
To keep our patients safe and healthy during the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, telemedicine will continue to serve as our primary method of meeting your health needs. The new location will offer COVID testing and prepared to meet your immediate health needs.
