Our Southwest Health Center is moving back to its original location in a brand-new space at 850 Delaware Ave., SW, Washington, DC!
Unity’s new Southwest Health Center will be co-located on the lower level of The Aya, one of the District’s short-term family housing residences. We are excited to begin services in the new space and we look forward to meeting your needs and those of the surrounding community at this expanded location.
The last day of service at the 555 L Street, SE, location is January 12, 2021. Any appointments scheduled at the 555 L Street, SE, location before January 12 will not be affected by the relocation.
