School-Based Health Centers


Teen Clinics


A School-Based Health Center (SBHC) provides a comprehensive primary care services in a school year round. A SBHC can serve as a student's primary health care provider or supplement the services they would normally receive. Each SBHC offers medical, oral, social and mental health services, and education to enrolled students, and to the children of enrolled students.

We currently provide medical services to enrolled students at the following locations:

Our clinical staff and providers have a particular passion for working with teens and young adults. We promise to truly listen to you and help you with any health concerns you have.
