I wanted to provide a quick update on the email system.
Right now we are working to implement a solution for people who have data from the desktop Outlook. For people who have available data, we will be able to merge your two email boxes. By merging the boxes, you will get your calendar and contacts that were saved on the desktop. In addition, you will be able to use Outlook the same way you have always used it. We have started, however, I cannot at this time provide an estimate of when we will be able to complete all the merges.
Additionally, we are aware that the email system is experiencing general slowness and delays. We are currently working to address this problem to get speeds back to normal.
Finally, we have also updated the FAQs on the Unity email microsite concerning the report requests.
