Online Bill Pay
To Make a Medical or Dental Appointment:
Call 202-469-4699 or email us to make an appointment. We accept all patients including those with Medicare, Medicaid, AmeriHealth, MedStar Family Choice, Trusted Health plan and private insurance. To Request a Medication Refill:
Call your pharmacy first. They can refill a prescription or request a prescription renewal from your provider. Keep your most recent bottle to see:
- Prescription number
- Date of your original prescription
- Number of refills left on your prescription
- Name of doctor who prescribed the medicine
- Expiration date of the the drug inside the container
